Here we go. If you can't make out the cut-and-paste:

[+2]: Look at the top card of target player's library. You may put that card at the bottom of his or her library. [-0]: Draw 3 cards, then put 2 cards from your hand on the top of your library in any order. [-1]: Return target creature to its owner's hand. [-12]: Exile all cards from target player's library. That player then shuffles their hand into their library. | |

Wow that is sexy.
Seriously, I have no words.
Will this cost $35-40? Maybe. Maybe so.
Do I want three of these right now? Yes, yes I do.
A fourth one wouldn't be bad, either. I am just not sure if I could ever fit 4 into a deck.
From a Spikey perspective, these are the reasons why I love this card, in order:
1. Mana Cost. 4 CMC? That's playable! Yesss.
2. It has four abilities, and THREE of them are going to be relevant.
3. It digs like a gopher. For answers, for combo pieces, for win conditions. What-have-you.
4. It can, at the very least, replace itself. And Brainstorming is better than simply replacing itself.
5. If it survives a turn, it can bounce creatures with NO MANA investment.
6. It's blue! It costs blue mana!
For those who care:
It doesn't seem broken! Good job, development team.
Well, it might get broken. By someone, somewhere out there. Not by me, though. I have Zero Imagination. And a One-Track Mind.
You have to admit though. If Jace were real, he'd be on your short list, am I right? You'd totally do him. Totally.
